40 years of Fresh Foods and Early Starts

Gary and Brad Butler have known about fruit and veggies, and the freshest processed foods since childhood, when parents Arthur & Heather Butler owned fresh food outlets in busy Brisbane shopping centres.

First out of bed..

Being first out of bed in the dawn hours, working alongside father Arthur, and learning to choose the best produce at the Brisbane Markets was a fine apprenticeship.

IN 2025 …

Today, the Butler brothers and their cousins, Michelle Penny and Jodie Mitchell and a team of experienced hard-working, long-term staff continue the family Town & Country Markets business, started over 40 years ago. With a full time Chef; friendly nothing-is-too-much-trouble delivery drivers, and skilled food processors, this family-run business, have an excellent reputation – a reflection of the time and hard work all have contributed. SPEEDY ORDERS and PROBEM SOLVING are our specialties.

ORDERS & DELIVERIES

Town and Country Markets have a fleet of seven refrigerated vehicles that can cater for any size delivery. Town and Country markets are open when you need them! Monday to Friday – from 3am to 2pm , except for Thursday when the office and food processing areas are open later till 4.30pm. Late orders can be received ANYTIME 24/7 by calling 07 3892 7755 .
